Your website says "service-based” organizations, but we sell goods, are we still a good fit for Efficient Accounting?

No, there is a different level of support needed when an organization has inventory with cost of good sold. We are not taking on organizations that require cost of goods sold.

Our organization isn’t located in West Michigan, but Efficient Accounting would meet our needs virtually, would you be interested in working with us?

We use Quickbooks Desktop, are we still able to work with you?

If you’re willing to transfer to Quickbooks Online, then yes, we can start working together and support the transition.

If the thought of transitioning to a cloud based platform makes you nervous, know we have extensive experience in transitions. Additionally, Quickbooks may offer lowers cost options for their online version verses supported desktop versions.

Are there services we may need that you don't offer?

Payroll: We will work with your payroll system, such as ADP, which manages payroll taxes and other essential functions.
Audit: We can work with auditors to supply information, but we cannot conduct audits.
Tax Representation: While we are qualified to prepare and file taxes, such as Form 990, we cannot legally represent the nonprofit before the IRS.
